Once upon a time, there was a woman.
She lived in a polite world, with polite desires.
When asked how she was, the answer was often ‘fine’.
Until one day… the goddess decided to silently initiate her.
Suddenly the woman’s heart began to break – with the pain & beauty of life.
Suddenly the pulse of pleasure & yearning for More began to relentlessly call her.
Suddenly the woman realized what it meant to be ALIVE.
She knew – that she had been initiated into something so special & so sacred.
After a time she also knew… it was now her turn to initiate others.
The goddess doesn’t give us a choice in our awakening.
Certainly 10 years ago I didn’t expect to be here.
But the fact is I have been initiated.
As have you.
As scary & wild & thrilling as this ride is – I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
As daunting as it is to do the work of the feminine in the world – it’s a path that chooses you first.
But it’s not always an easy path to choose back.
Last week, I’ve witnessed the graduation of our first class of Feminine Embodiment Coaches. There were tears & laughter & so much beauty as these women go forth to do their work in the world.
They shared the challenges they’ve faced on this journey into mastery – the healing they didn’t know they needed, the resistance that stood in their way, the doubt & the fear.
And every single time they continued to choose this path, again & again.
