Primal Feminine Flow. An Embodied Movement Practice
So you want to feel your body.
Know her depth.
Experience her pleasure.
Expand her magnetism.
And let her lead.
Sounds beautiful, in theory. But how does one actually do it?
Allowing your deepest feminine essence to flow through you, move you & inspire you isn’t a way of operating that most women know.
Not because we’re broken, or bad people. Rather for many, this critical skill of “operating as a full-depth feeling woman” was left out of our “how to operating in the world” manual.
Which makes finding the way, on your own, kind of hard.
Primal Feminine Flow is a body-based movement practice designed to drop you out of your head and into the deep currents of sensation, so you can feel & know your body more fully.
So… What exactly is Primal Feminine Flow?
Primal Feminine Flow is a gentle feminine movement practice designed to bring more sensitivity to your body. Ultimately as you learn the language of your body more fully, it’s a way to experience deeper aspects of SELF.
PFF is an internal practice, meaning it’s perfect to do at home, alone.
It’s got nothing to do with getting fit. And everything to do with getting fluid within yourself.
The practice is a combination:
- Of what our bodies already know. My body started showing me this practice & has continued to be my key teacher. It’s likely that your body is already edging you home to this natural way of operating too.
- My training & research in the embodied arts. My lineage of learning is diverse & includes training in Non-Linear Movement Method, Somatic Abolitionism & various movement and embodiment practitioners including those exploring the connection of embodiment practices with polyvagal theory.

FAQ
Primal Feminine Flow is a gentle movement practice focused on your internal world and subtle (small) movements. As such, it doesn’t require you to do anything beyond what’s comfortable & safe for your body. We’ve had women join us & successfully use the practices with a variety of different physical levels of abilities including persons who uses a wheelchair.
No. Primal Feminine Flow is not a dance, yoga, or structured movement practice. A dance practice can be awesome – but we are not turning on music to dance to it. Rather PFF is designed to bring your awareness into your internal world & move you from that place. The practice can be done with, or without music, and is not dependent on the music. This means the practice looks different for everybody and different day to day.
No equipment is needed. To begin with, we do recommend a private space you feel safe/comfortable to move in, that’s all.
Some women practice on a yoga mat, some in bed, some in the toilet at work (that’s a true story). Some women listen to music, some prefer quiet. We’ll provide some suggestions to help you get the most out of your practice, but no fancy equipment is required. Just the body.
The guided PFF movement practice we provide in this training is 20 mins long. We recommend you do at least 20mins, for seven consecutive days to begin to see the benefits of the practice.
As you get familiar with this practice you may desire to do shorter (7min) or longer (40min) practices. Ultimately this is a long-term devotion to your body. Like taking a shower it’s something that gets the best results when you do it regularly.
