+ I’ve got a physical restriction or medical condition, is this suitable for me?

Primal Feminine Flow is a GENTLE movement practice focused on your INTERNAL world. As such, it doesn’t require you to do anything beyond what’s comfortable & safe for your body. We’ve had women join us & use the practices with a variety of different physical and location-restrictions super successfully. As long as you go at your pace & show up to *do* the practice we know it will work for you too!

+ Is this a dance practice?

No. Primal Feminine Flow is not a dance, yoga or structured movement practice. It’s designed to bring your awareness into your internal world & move you from that place. This means the practice looks different on every body, and different day to day.

It might *look* like dance, at times. But the experience that’s going on within is the secret sauce that makes our students say things like…

+ What equipment do I need?

None.

Some women practice on a yoga mat (some in bed, some in the toilet at work #truestory). Some women listen to music, some prefer quiet. We’ll provide some suggestion to help you get the most out of your practice, but no fancy equipment is required.

Just the body.

+ How long will the practice take?

The PFF: Sensitize Practice provided with the bundle is about 10min.

Though, we STRONG encourage you to accept our challenge to spend 5-10min per day, for 7 consecutive days to really see the benefits of the practice.
