No matter what you desire (a man, new house, more cash, you name it) your-inherent feminine skill of magnetism is determining how effective you are at manifesting what you want.
The other day I was walking into a workshop. We had spent the previous 3 days cultivating embodied heart opening and getting into our bodies (my kind of workshop!).
On my way in I quickly glanced at my emails and discovered over $4000 had landed in my bank account.
Then (with a spring in my step) I noticed a $10 note on the ground, at my feet.
What was going on?
Just the previous Sunday while I was lounging in bed with my man (if you get my drift…) a similar event had occurred, with a flood of wealth arriving with so much ease.
Something was at play here.
I was manifesting cash left and right without consciously doing anything EXCEPT… oh of course, I was doing something!
I was prioritizing pleasure.
I began to see PLEASURE was the driving force for each of these cash – infusions.
And so mind started to calculate…
The more pleasure I allow & cultivate, the more I cash I receive?
The equation made sense.
As women, our capacity to open our heart and wombs is directly proportional to our ability to receive.
Goodness can’t flow in when we are either:
- Missing in action: not really present in our lives or inhabiting our body
- Contracted: with an internal concrete wall around our hearts
- Dissociated: disconnected from our emotions and not feeling
- Stuck in our head: leading only with penetrating planning rather than surrendered feeling
Magnetism requires many ingredients, but key amongst them in PLEASURE.
Pleasure is our body’s way of
- Feeling OPEN
- Feeling ALIVE
- Feeling PRESENT
- Feeling SENSATION
Prioritizing pleasure makes you a much more magnetic woman. And the truth is…
NO WOMAN is too busy to have pleasure in her life.
If you are telling yourself this story, it’s a lie and it’s keeping you shut off from yourself.
Personally, my 3 favourite ways to prioritize pleasure are:
#1 Create ritual out of the most boring things
Anything can be a ritual if you desire… Hanging out the clothes and making the bed are two of my favourites. Ridiculous simple but in my mind/body these actions signify a closing of one chapter, and moving forward with a mini-win into the next part of my day/week as so they become ritual food for my soul.
#2 Treat my sense of smell
I find such pleasure in smells. Oils, incense, candles, flowers – this sense really turns me on, so you’ll find all kinds of treats scattered around my house, available at any moment to take an intentional pause and melt. Plan pleasure by putting the tools you love around your home.
#3 Sensually nourish
