+ Who should I email for payment and scheduling questions?

+ How can I work with you?

+ I signed up to get emails from you, but I don't think I'm getting them. Why?

The likely reason this will be is because you have not “white listed” or marked us as a safe sender in your email account and therefore we are landing in your spam or promotions folder.

Make sure you either add us to your address book, ‘star’ or drag our emails back into your Primary folder to ensure you receive them.

+ Where do I log into the membership site?

The membership site is live at You can navigate there from any of the emails we send, or from the footer of this website under ‘Members’

+ The membership site seems to be ‘down.’ What do I do?

Please try refreshing your browser and if that does not work clear your cache under the History tab. If this doesn’t work the site may indeed be down in which case you should email

+ I have lost my password and/or username for the membership site. What do I do?

Visit the login page and click on the “Forgot Password” link. This will send you an email with your login details to the members area. Your email is the one that you enrolled in the program with.

If you have forgotten your email please write to and we will check your email address.

+ How can I update my payment information, or obtain a copy of my invoices?

All customers have access to their own private ‘Account’ page where you can access and update your details, including your credit card details.

To access your Account page log into the membership area ( and click on your Avatar in the top right corner of your screen, then choose “Settings”.
